Holistic Reminders

Take your Ashwagandha.
Exercise and meditate.

Get outside. Stroll around.
Mind your breath-work. Get some sleep.

Make some art. Be with friends.
Don’t neglect your vagal tone.

Eat enough. Drink more water.
Read the Scriptures. Plead the throne.

Be a better father
than you ever were a son.
